Will an MBA Degree waive the courses for a CA Real Estate License?

Hi,

I am interested in getting a CA Real Estate Salesperson License. I hold an MBA and a B.A. Degree. I was wondering by holding these credentials will that help me waive out of the three required classes and go straight to the exam.

I’ve heard it work a few years ago, but I don’t know about now.

    No.
California will waive the 2 years of having to have a sales license to take the brokers exam. Check with http://www.DuaneGomer.com

If you have passed any states Bar exam you can take the brokers exam with only the classes of appraisal and RE Finance.
